Preparation Course for Practical & Theoretical Test

  • Need to brush up your knowledge and terminology before the big day? This course will prepare you for the Practical & Theoretical test that you need to pass to reach the Silver level.

Practical & Theoretical Test (Pre-requisite: Target Heart Rate Course)

  • The successful completion of the Practical & Theoretical Test is required to reach the Silver level. Two practical tests are included - one where you get tested on your technique on the bike and one where your coaching skills get assessed. The theoretical test contains a number of open questions from both the certification course and the Target Heart Rate Course.
