Concept

Schwinn® Cycling is an opportunity to further your knowledge as an instructor. The two-day certification course (15 hours) features topics such as safe and effective indoor cycling, heart rate training, music analysis, and coaching skills, as well as anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, mind/body and is concluded with a written exam. After successfully completing the certification course, you will receive your certificate and instructor card by mail.

To make Schwinn® Cycling even more challenging to you, we have developed three instructor levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold.

1: Bronze Level

2: Silver Level
