1 day Training Programm
Your Nautilus Institute™ Circuit Training Program includes a pre-training consultation with one of our Nautilus™ Master Instructors. This telephone consultation will help you prepare your staff for the on-site training, and also help you get your facility ready to launch your circuits.
The 1 day on-site training includes 4 hours of hands-on biomechanics’ education, which includes some of the most comprehensive machine-specific training in the industry. You will also learn how to modify your approach, style and interaction for each exercise, for a variety of populations. Your training will also include actual program-launch drills and the coaching practice you will need to engage your members and keep your circuits overflowing!
Finally, logistics/management training will address issues such as scheduling, return of investment (ROI), sign management and promotion.
