Schwinn® Cycling
Schwinn® Cycling is an opportunity to further your knowledge as an instructor. The two-day Certification Course (15 hours) provides instructors with the fundamental basics of teaching a safe, effective and fun class in a non-intimidating environment. It features topics such as safe and effective indoor cycling, heart rate training, music analysis, and coaching skills, as well as anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, mind/body and is concluded with a written exam.
