Motivation for being a Master Instructor

Doing fitness related work is my passion. Fitness is just starting in Asia and most of the information in the fitness field comes from the Western world. It is very important to convey the right information into Chinese language so that the trainers can fully understand the content. It is an honor to be a Nautilus® Master Instructor because I can share the knowledge with trainers in Asia.

I love the Nautilus Institute™ because

I have been working out with Nautilus® equipment since 1984 during my high school era. I love Nautilus because of the biomechanics of its machines, and also its passion and dedication for the fitness industry.
