Motivation for being a Master Instructor

It is great to spread the idea of Nautilus® and to improve my personal teaching skills continuously.

On the Nautilus® machines I get an excellent isolation of goal muscles combined with a total exhaustion of the muscles. At the same time I do not get a risk of hurting myself.
